Do you really do free inspections and second opinions?
Yes — genuinely free, with no obligation. We'll walk your home, tell you what we see, and put it in plain language. If you already have a bid from someone else, bring it and we'll help you understand what's fair and what's actually necessary.
How does the estimate process work?
We start by listening, then we look. Once we understand the scope, you get a clear written estimate that explains what the work includes and why. Take all the time you need with it — we don't do pressure.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
We are. All Home HX, LLC is a licensed Washington State general contractor — license ALLHOHH753CL — and we're fully bonded and insured. Ask us for proof any time; we're happy to share it.
What does your warranty cover?
Our workmanship carries a lifetime warranty, backed for as long as All Home HX is in business. If something we built isn't right, we come back and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate, and we'll walk you through those too.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Tacoma and serve Western Washington — including Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Federal Way, Lakewood, Auburn, Kent, Renton, Bellevue, and Seattle. If you're nearby and not on that list, just ask.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. An inspection, a second opinion, and an estimate all cost you nothing and commit you to nothing. We'd rather be your home resource first — even if the honest answer is that you don't need us yet.
