All Home, All Heart

Nominate a Neighbor. Share Their Story. Help Us Make a Difference.

An All Home HX team member and a homeowner smiling together outside her home

Nominations are open now. We review everything at the end of each month and choose one project to take on.

At All Home, we believe strong communities are built when people show up for one another. Through All Home, All Heart, residents throughout Thurston County, Pierce County, and surrounding areas can nominate an individual, family, or community member who could use help completing a meaningful home project.

Maybe a neighbor needs a fence, gate, window, or safety issue repaired. Maybe someone can no longer physically complete an important project on their own. Maybe a family has meaningful wood, furniture, or materials from a loved one that they would like transformed into something they can keep.

Whatever the need may be, we want to hear their story.

How It Works

Nominations are accepted throughout the month. At the end of each month, the All Home team will review the submissions and select one project that fits our team's skills, availability, service area, and monthly labor and materials budget.

The selected project will be scheduled for the following month. Our team will work directly with the recipient to assess the project and determine the details.

Who Can Be Nominated?

You may nominate:

  • A neighbor who needs a helping hand
  • An individual or family facing a difficult season
  • A senior, veteran, caregiver, or person with limited mobility
  • A community member who has made a positive difference for others
  • Someone with a meaningful home project they cannot complete on their own
  • Yourself or your own household

Projects must be located within Thurston County, Pierce County, or a surrounding community served by All Home.

What Types of Projects May Be Considered?

Examples may include:

  • Minor fence or gate repairs
  • Window, door, or home-safety repairs
  • Small accessibility improvements
  • Exterior repairs or cleanup projects
  • Completing an unfinished project
  • Repurposing meaningful wood, furniture, or materials
  • Other small construction or home-improvement needs

Not every project will fit neatly into one category. If you believe someone's need may be a good fit, we encourage you to submit a nomination.

Tell Us Their Story

Please share who you are nominating, what project they need help with, and why this project would make a meaningful difference in their life.

Photos are helpful when available, but they are not required. Please make sure you have the individual's permission before sharing private or sensitive information.

Is the project related to safety or accessibility?
Does the nominee own the property or have the owner's permission?
May All Home contact you for additional information?
If selected, would the nominee be comfortable having the project photographed/videoed and shared publicly?

Have photos? They're helpful but never required — email them to nominations@allhx.com after you submit.

Important Information

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that a project will be selected. Each nomination will be reviewed based on the nature and urgency of the need, project scope, location, available resources, and whether the work fits All Home's services and capabilities.

Selected recipients must agree to a project assessment before work begins. With the recipient's permission, All Home may share their story, the work being completed, and the finished project to celebrate the people and communities who made it possible.
